1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btd99 ("btd99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at btd99.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the btd99 platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional features, or payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the btd99 platform. btd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the btd99 platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the btd99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between btd99 and registered players.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the btd99 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with btd99 or any affiliated operator.
• You have not previously had a btd99 account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are registering and playing with funds that are your own and that originate from lawful sources.

btd99 enforces age verification as a mandatory step in the account withdrawal process. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to complete age and identity verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

To place bets, play casino games, or access any financial feature on btd99, you must register a player account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, shared, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or the personal details of another person. btd99 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btd99 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. btd99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact btd99 support immediately. btd99 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include a temporary suspension of withdrawal and deposit facilities.

3.3 Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date. Changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or payment method must be submitted through the account settings panel and may require re-verification. btd99 will send important notices — including changes to these Terms, account security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations — to the contact details held on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the btd99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btd99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on btd99 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your btd99 account balance.
• btd99 does not charge fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. btd99 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any stage.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary during peak periods or pending verification.
• btd99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

By depositing funds into your btd99 account, you confirm that the money is yours, that it originates from a lawful source, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of another person. btd99 may request source-of-funds documentation in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

btd99 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules in this section apply to all btd99 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed account verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times a bonus must be turned over before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated at the point of opt-in.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to a bonus wallet and become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• btd99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus balance, the player will be notified and existing wagering progress will be respected to the extent possible.
• Promotions are intended for personal entertainment only. The use of automated systems, bots, or coordinated group strategies to exploit bonus offers constitutes abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Seasonal promotions may be offered around culturally significant events in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Independence Day (March 26). Specific eligibility and timing conditions are published with each such promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All casino games and sports betting markets on btd99 are governed by the individual rules of each game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting slip. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

6.1 Casino Games

Casino games on btd99 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG card games — use certified random number generators or real physical equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively. All RTP (Return to Player) data is available within each game's information panel.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on btd99, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of btd99's trading team — made in consultation with official sources — shall be final.

In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. btd99 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time if technical issues, data feed interruptions, or suspected match integrity concerns are identified.

6.3 Malfunctions & Technical Issues

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, btd99 will investigate the incident and resolve it in a fair manner. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. btd99 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd99 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Using automated tools, coordinated multi-account strategies, or exploiting system errors to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using the btd99 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information or participating in any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with casino games or sports betting markets without explicit written authorisation from btd99.
• Abusive conduct: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward btd99 support staff or other players.

btd99 reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent, criminal, or regulatory compliance-related activity to appropriate authorities. Account funds associated with proven prohibited conduct will not be returned.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

btd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the btd99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account action.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their btd99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@btd99.net. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering activity has been settled, subject to standard KYC requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be deactivated and they will be excluded from receiving any promotional communications from btd99. 8.3 Right of Appeal

If your account has been suspended or closed by btd99 and you believe the decision was made in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@btd99.net within 30 days of the closure notification. btd99 will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. btd99's decision following an appeal process is final.
